Yes. It is suitable for general PCB conformal coating, where full-board or wide-area coating is acceptable.
It is not meant for selective or high-precision coating that requires fine-line precision around tight components.
It works best with low-viscosity materials, such as:
UV adhesives
Thin conformal coatings
Solvent-based liquids
Thick, filled, or abrasive materials are not recommended.
This valve is best for manual or semi-automatic setups.
For high-speed or fully automated lines, a higher-end precision spray valve is recommended.
When set up correctly, it produces a controlled circular spray with minimal splashing.
