Valves
The ROCKWIN™ Micro-Spray Jet Valve is designed for high-speed, non-contact spraying of adhesives and fluids in automated production. Operating at frequencies up to 1000 Hz, it delivers precise and repeatable micro-spray patterns for low-to-high viscosity materials.
The valve is compatible with a 30 ml heating module to preheat adhesives for improved flow and stable dispensing. It is widely used in electronics, automotive, medical devices, and industrial manufacturing, particularly for applications involving UV adhesives, epoxy, and protective coatings in electronic assembly.

Jetting valves can dispense a wide range of fluids including UV adhesives, epoxy, conformal coatings, lubricants, and other industrial adhesives.
Jetting valves dispense material without touching the product surface, allowing faster speeds, better access to tight spaces, and reduced risk of contamination.
Jetting valves can handle low to high viscosity materials ranging from 1-500,000cps , depending on the valve configuration and whether heating is used.
Heating helps reduce adhesive viscosity, improving flow stability and allowing more consistent jetting performance.
Stop operation and clean or replace the nozzle. Regular maintenance and proper material handling can help reduce the risk of clogging.
Jetting valves are capable of dispensing very small and precise adhesive dots, making them suitable for micro-dispensing applications in electronics and precision manufacturing.
